The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the room was very cozy with a coffee/tea corner, the balcony offered a sea view, it felt like a perfect weekend, and they accept dogs, but having to return home was a downside.

Feeling at home is exactly what you get here; the room was perfect and spotless, and Federico and Marika were always super helpful and caring—highly recommended!

For a couple it was magnificent! The room was very clean and comfortable, just a one‑minute walk from the Adriatic Sea and about 3 to 8 minutes from the atmospheric center of Porto Recanati. The owners were amazing, always ready to help with anything, and they could arrange a private spot on the beach with sunbeds and an umbrella, which was fantastic and the price (extra, of course) was very good.

The house is central, and the room has perfect dimensions with a nice balcony overlooking the sea.
