Everything was great, but there was no free breakfast and the pool shut down early.

The stay was pleasant with gorgeous views, though it was on the pricey side.

The location by the lake, the comfy bed, the lounge, the mountain view, and the high floor were all positives, but breakfast cost extra. With room rates already high and the fact that breakfast and parking require separate payments, the overall price feels steep. Only two coffee cups were provided, and there were no lids. The hairdryer had just hot and cold settings, no warm option. We weren’t told about parking terms at check‑in. The room smelled unclean and stale even though it looked clean.

The Wi‑Fi kept cutting out, and the room’s cooling system didn’t reach the temperature we wanted.

The breakfast menu offered a wide range of choices from traditional eggs and meats to oatmeal and French toast. However, the weather on Sunday, the day we arrived, was stormy, so the pool was closed. The staff handled the situation well by shutting the pool down as thunder and lightning approached.
