Large windows provide sweeping city views, and the room includes black‑out curtains for privacy. “Will definitely stay again, but won’t eat there”
The staff are truly lovely, and it’s a bonus that there’s parking downstairs. The room service was a nightmare – each item was overpriced, and I spent £30 on dinner. The food was awful, and breakfast the next morning cost another £30 for the saddest pancakes I’ve ever seen. I could have gone down the road and bought pancakes for £5.
I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for parking. The hotel’s description said parking was available, but I didn’t realize it was a fee; I would have avoided booking if I’d known.
