Located in North Fort Myers, the hotel is close to North Shore Park, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, and Sun Splash Family Waterpark, with Fort Myers city centre just 4 minutes' drive away.

The room was large, clean overall, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a microwave, a mini‑fridge, and a balcony; the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was complimentary and included good coffee, muffins, yogurt, and sausage (see the bad part below). This place needs a renovation; it’s dated. The bathroom is dark, has a janky drop ceiling, no light in the shower area, a pitted chrome sink faucet, and filthy grout on the floor tiles. The front door had a gap under it that let sunlight in, so critters like geckos and bugs could also get in through the worn‑out weather strip. The free breakfast wasn’t the best: the cream cheese was left out instead of refrigerated, and the waffle batter made a funky‑tasting waffle.
