The host was extremely friendly and well‑versed in Sicily and Palermo, offering handy tips. The room is basic but the facilities are great, and there’s a common area to relax in; the host also provided a nice breakfast. It’s very safe and secure—so far we’ve never felt unsafe in Sicily, making it a great place to visit.

The service was outstanding, with a lot of attention given to guests. The room was spacious, the bed large, the shower great, and the air‑conditioning worked well. The location was excellent, and the free Italian‑style breakfast was plentiful. I’ll come back whenever I can.
