The cleaner Gina was very helpful and supportive, which is appreciated when you’re in another country. Everything was fine 👌

The décor was outstanding and the room felt super comfy, but I wish there were more small lights around the jacuzzi to make it more cozy.

The place is super close to the Vatican, and opposite the apartment there's a bakery, plus the breakfast that was included in the price was actually unnecessary. The description on your site mentioned a wardrobe, but our apartment only had three wall hangers for a few clothes, so you should remove that detail to avoid misleading guests.

Everything was good, more than expected. We had a lovely stay with an excellent service, especially the help of lady Ursula. We look forward to visiting the Vatican Museum hotel once again in the near future
