Nothing positive. The host was irresponsible, making check‑in impossible; the phone was off and they ignored my messages. I lost 600 pesos and never stayed there.

Nothing positive. The staff at the hotel were fine and I had no problems with them. I thought it was a hotel, but it was a house presented as one. I kept calling from the garden gate for a long time, but no one answered, so I assumed the reception was there. I waited outside in the heat with my luggage, then a nearby shop told me the garden gate was open and I could enter. Meanwhile, I tried to reach the supposed hotel by phone but they didn’t answer. I found a house that looked like a hotel after the garden, knocked on the door and rang the bell repeatedly, but no one was inside. I went to the shop owner, called the house owner, and waited for minutes; eventually someone who wasn’t the owner came and told me you would stay there. I was asked for receipts and various proofs, and I had to prove I paid and would stay at a hotel that didn’t even know I was coming, which was exhausting. Only the staff were fine and helped me with everything; I regret going there and would not recommend it to anyone.

Room rates are cheap. Amenities are decent, with basic toiletries, free drinking water, and other services. Housekeepers are very accommodating, sociable, and nice. I like the bedding; it’s comfortable and wide enough for two people. The house is very clean, and they’ll clean the room if you ask. They offer self‑service laundry and ironing, which is great for longer stays. The walls are a bit dilapidated and need painting. The room I stayed in was cheap and had no A/C, so it was very hot. The area is far from any convenience store, so you need tricycle rides for repeated travel. The toilet area isn’t bad, but it’s shared/public. The door lock is flimsy and doesn’t lock properly if unattended.

Nothing positive; everything is disgusting. The room was dirty, electrical switches were unsafe, and you could see guests inside the room through cracked walls and the bathroom was disgusting.
