“Totally run down hotel. Stay away”
I can't believe this hotel uses the Sheraton name. I've never seen a hotel in such a state, let alone a Sheraton. The front of the hotel and the hallway look okay, but a few things stand out: 1. The paid parking garage feels like a deserted ruin; the elevator to the garage has an out‑of‑order sign that looks like it’s been there for a long time. Taking the dark stairs down, each step is littered with garbage on both sides. 2. The room has two doors on opposite sides, both facing the hallway, and when I arrived one was open. 3. The faucet and shower only provide hot water, scorching hot and not adjustable. 4. The sheet has a yellow stain. 5. The bathroom door in the room can’t close fully, leaving a 1/2 foot gap. 6. Neither the room nor the bathroom has a trash bin. When I arrived, I saw the nightly rate was $60, much lower than the price I’d booked a few days earlier. Even with that lower price, I wouldn’t stay there if I knew all this.
