The hotel room was quite pretty, with tasteful colours that made me feel at home and comfortable; the front‑desk lady was very enthusiastic and professional, and the hotel’s location is very convenient for exploring Hòn Gai, although the soundproofing of the door could be a little better.

Our family enjoyed two wonderful nights here, and the first thing worth mentioning is the staff: traveling with a one‑year‑old, we were constantly helped by the three receptionists and the housekeeping team, who were all friendly and went out of their way with the room, breakfast and restaurant tips. The second plus is that the hotel is brand‑new, clean and quiet.

The place was clean, but the space felt cramped, the service asked for a pre‑payment by phone, and the breakfast was monotonous.

The room was great and the spot was comfortable, yet they required a 500k safety deposit that wasn’t mentioned beforehand; they returned it, but it’s better to set expectations. Breakfast was quite poor—no coffee or tea at all—and not all the outlets in our room worked, adding to the discomfort.
