The rooms were clean and the breakfast was among the best I've had in Sri Lanka; the staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, some rooms had dampness (we were a group of 17), and one lacked blankets and hot water while the others had them.

The staff here are a real credit to the hotel - friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. The rest of the experience was pretty standard, but the staff made all the difference.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the hotel itself is lovely too. We didn't have any complaints, it was a great stay from start to finish.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the staff are amazing and experienced, and the breakfast is delicious. The only thing that lets it down is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the great management and staff. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and Sahan who helped us was a real gem - always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple but fantastic, and the only thing that let us down was the hot water shower, which wasn't always consistent.
