The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, and Nomhle Zulu never forgot my name; she was friendly, polite, and guided us around the hotel, while the housekeeping and kitchen teams were also friendly and smelled great, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that other guests had locked the iron in their rooms, so I had to leave without ironing my outfit, though it wasn’t a big deal.

I loved everything about the place—the view, the proximity to many stores, and the overall friendliness of the staff, especially Nomhle Zulu who made our stay worthwhile and periodically checked that everything was fine. The only drawback was that the bathroom had a shower but no shower caps.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the electrical sparks that occurred while trying to charge a phone caused a power trip all day and night, spoiling our food in the fridge because water leaked from the freezer.
