Every staff member, from the front‑office clerk to the housekeeper, was wonderful and friendly.

The refrigerator didn’t work for the two days I stayed and I couldn’t keep anything cold; they swapped it for a new one, but it still didn’t work. The shower leaked, so I had to request extra towels to soak up the water.
