Minha reserva não foi honrada pelo hotel e só me informaram na minha chegada. Era tarde estava super cansada, deram desculpa que o preço estava errado, mas não cancelaram a minha reserva até a minha chegada. Uma falta de respeito, tive de me virar para conseguir outro local. Falta de respeito e responsabilidade. Se o valor estava errado e não iriam aceitar a minha reserva feita há quase uma semana deveria ter cancelado antes do dia do check in evitando o constrangimento, tempo perdido e stress

Good morning, I didn’t stay with my family because the site was hacked and we couldn’t find my reservation. Who will refund my money? How can a site like Booking lack cybersecurity? I’m disappointed and have a bad memory.

The hotel informed us the day before our trip that their website had been hit by a hacker attack, so the reservation was invalid and we paid for nothing; we have no accommodation. We were traveling with two small children and have not received any refund yet.
