The location is ideal for heading to the beach and only a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It’s very quiet, impeccably clean everywhere, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet isn’t very appealing: the coffee is bad, the bread, croissants, eggs, jam and fruit juices are low‑quality. We would have liked fresh, local products when in Italy… Too bad!

The welcome was great, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast offered more non‑sweet options… but Italians love sweet in the morning, unfortunately.

The location and sea view. A large, spacious suite. Clean and nice. The terrace is shaded. No sun loungers by the pool. The elevator is broken. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Breakfast was mediocre. The coffee was lukewarm. Nobody refilled when the food ran out.

The breakfast room was very good with a great selection of food. The staff in both the breakfast room and reception were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was out of action the whole time we were there, which was so disappointing. This is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as we had imagined a day walking around Otranto, followed by a bit of relaxing time around the pool before dinner. In addition, on arrival to our room, one of the towels had not been laundered properly and was sticky with remains of pubic hair! Absolutely disgusting.
