“Clean rooms with full amenities and adequate breakfast options.”
Clean and spacious rooms with soft beds. Adequate breakfast options and a snack/beverage stand near front desk. Full room amenities: in shower, a coffee machine and refrigerator. 12 noon checkout
“Either call the hotel directly before booking or avoid booking on the same day.”
Everything was clean and ready to go. booked the place, but it didn't have any vacancy. That's very disapointed because I had to discuss the matter with the one employee that was the jack of all trades at the hotel with several people waiting for the same answer
A desk staff member—female—was rude to my wife when she asked a question, replying, “I already told you that.”

There was plenty of parking, which was good, but when we arrived on 29/08/2026 around 17:00 the front desk was empty and we had to wait for a staff member; a young woman finally showed up about ten minutes later. The next day, 30/08/2026, construction was still going on, making it uncomfortable and forcing us to drive around in the evenings. Our room, 317, hadn’t been cleaned – the trash bin was still full, and the bedding was stained with blood, which was disgusting (we have photos). We stayed two nights and never saw anyone come to tidy up, despite contacting you daily to request fresh sheets and towels, which never happened. The staff simply did not clean properly or fulfill their duties.

Hotel was nice bed was comfortable and quiet. There were 3 things that stood out. The air conditioner was rather loud, I had to keep checking if there was a storm outside. Either the room itself or the grounds outside had fleas. Luckily my pet is on a VERY good prevention which kills on contact so they all died in seconds. One of the receptionists wasn't trained in the food. I wouldn't have had an issue with her being new, not knowing how to turn on the units, etc. My issue was when I went to place the order which I had done the previous 2 nights I was told you have nothing. I had to explain to your staff I knew for a fact you did and only THEN did they say they weren't trained
