The property is 50‑60 years old, exposed to saltwater, and not a brand‑new facility, yet it’s structurally sound, very clean, and the staff are fantastic. The location is great unless you want to walk on sand, and the price offers huge value—it's a bargain compared to being charged $13 for a pack of cigarettes. I was happy.
