The hotel's balcony in the room was a highlight, but unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing.

The hotel's proximity to the river is a significant advantage, but the property's overall cleanliness and ambiance leave much to be desired. Guests may appreciate the scenic views, but the hotel's shortcomings detract from the experience.

This hotel's numerous errors and oversights make it a poor choice for travelers. Despite the owner's claims of innocence, the lack of basic amenities and safety features is inexcusable.

While the hotel's location and parking were convenient, the room's amenities and cleanliness fell short of expectations, and the billing process was also marred by errors.
