Everything was close by and the reception staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, the shower had good hot water pressure, but the air‑conditioner made a horrible noise, especially at night when the street was quiet. If not for that, it would have been excellent! Also, the kitchen staff need better organization; on the second day I missed breakfast because everything was gone and they were slow to restock, and I had a scheduled departure time.

Only the location was good; the room fell short, the bed leg was breaking, and they fixed it by removing the leg, so we had to sleep on the box spring without a base.

The location was spot on and the accommodation itself was excellent, yet I booked two rooms on the ground floor for my 78‑year‑old mother and a daughter with a disability, only to be told upon arrival that one room was on the third floor, which was disappointing. The lodge said nothing could be done and that we could cancel, but we had already traveled from Recife and had a long trip back, so we accepted what was offered. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The spot is great and the outdoor balcony on the 3rd floor is a plus, but the sheets left something to be desired.
