We were greeted warmly right away. Our motorcycle was parked directly in front of the door. The host, a very pleasant, loving and helpful woman, lives on the ground floor. Coffee, restaurant, bar, shop are all within a few minutes’ walk. Our room had everything needed, a good bed, a nice bathroom, a small balcony and a fridge. The whole house was well maintained both inside and out. We would come again, definitely recommend it.

We were thrilled with the village and the property – the spot, the room – and especially with Voula, the owner, who welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips on worthwhile places to visit. We stayed only two nights and had a fantastic time. The lake is beautiful, Nymfaio is about a 45‑minute drive, Evora offers amazing views and pancakes just 10 minutes up in the mountains, and Edessa is a must‑see. We recommend staying here and taking short trips around, but beware if you have back problems – the mattress is hard and could cause issues for those with backache.

The place was comfortable, quiet, warm and clean right next to Lake Vegoritida and the Kaimaktsalan area, making it a good base for exploring nearby spots like Edessa, Naoussa, Agios Athanasiou, Agios Panteleimon and other villages. Our room had a fireplace with plenty of wood, was very clean and comfortable, and offered a lake view. Breakfast was served in the room, hearty and made with fresh ingredients, warm bread, boiled eggs, jams, pies – everything you need for a nice start. The property has parking, though the area is sparsely populated, so you can easily find a spot outside. Mrs. Voula and her husband are very polite and helpful, showing us the local sights and any other information we asked for. On our next visit to this lovely destination, we’ll definitely choose this accommodation because our overall experience was pleasant and positive.
