The staff were friendly and helpful, especially since we booked at the last minute; the beds were comfy, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was decent. However, the room felt cramped, the air‑conditioner sounded like a truck, the window wouldn’t open, and we could see the AC units outside with pigeon mesh draped over the glass.

The rooms were cramped and our room ended up in a strange corner that was hard to reach, plus the reception area had a strong odor.
