Everything. Very comfortable and clean. Close to the city center. Both the owner, Mônica, and the employee, Shirley, were very welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and personalized! We will definitely return!

The deluxe suite with a jacuzzi is charming, decorated with attention to detail. The bed and furniture are quality, the breakfast is personalized, and it’s just a 5‑minute walk from the little center of Lumiar. The only issue we had was the water temperature; the gas heater tripped when we opened the cold tap to adjust the water. Because we only stayed two nights over the weekend, we didn’t have time to call a technician, but the owner said they would fix it.
