“Ótima opção muito bem localizada em San Pedro”

The breakfast was very good, especially considering the hotel’s standard and how it compares to other places in Chile. The room we stayed in was very spacious, the bathroom was roomy and the shower was great. The hotel’s location is also very good, next to Rua Caracoles, the main street of San Pedro. The hostel area is nice, with good resting spaces. The only comments we have are about a few room improvements: better lighting, hooks on the walls in the room and bathroom for hanging clothes, and more bedside tables, since the room had four beds but only two tables. Otherwise the facilities were very good.

“Cozy place at the heart of San Pedro”

The location is perfect! We used the shared bathroom, which seemed to be cleaned several times a day, and the glass sink looked shiny every time we entered. The staff don’t speak English, but that was no problem at all. The outdoor seating is cool and cozy. If you’re leaving for an early tour, they’ll provide packed breakfast.

The location is excellent, practically at the corner of Caracoles. The room lighting is very weak, barely enough to see our stuff. Breakfast is weak and could improve. The coffee shop opens at 7:30, and most tours start before that, so we couldn’t take advantage. The place offered a snack kit that didn’t match the price of a breakfast, containing one protein bar, a sandwich with white bread, and a boxed juice. The bathroom is dangerous because the shower door opens outward and the shower is above the tub; the tub had no stopper, so it couldn’t be used.

“Amazing, exceptional, comfortable and enjoyable”

Pamela and her crew were fantastic! I’ve never had such great service before; whenever they knew I’d miss breakfast because of an early tour, they’d pack snacks for me to take on the road. Their service is incomparable to any other place I’ve stayed in Europe or the USA. They delivered exceptional service that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
