The staff were really nice, friendly, and helpful, but the noise from doors slamming was annoying.

Everything was perfect: the quiet location, the superb and comfortable water chalets, the hearty breakfast, and the responsive, efficient handling of all requests by the reception, which managed reservations, tours, and transport. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, and everyone spoke English. Thank you for the warm welcome.

“Heel erg fijn!”

The staff were super friendly! After checking out we were allowed to use another room to change after swimming at the pool. They also gave us plenty of tips for good restaurants and places to visit.

We stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. The reception greeted us warmly, and the staff were very attentive, helpful, and accommodating with every question and request. The manager at the front desk spoke excellent English, making communication effortless. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and it was spotless, with daily cleaning. A highlight was the beautiful view of the surrounding greenery, especially from the large breakfast room that is framed by banana plantations and lush gardens, giving the impression of sitting right in nature. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of options, including freshly made egg dishes like omelettes and fried eggs prepared to order. The hotel isn’t in the center of Tam Coc, but the town is reachable by Grab in about five minutes. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
