The beach nearby is spectacular, and the manager was friendly. However, the hotel felt unfinished with hanging cables and faulty fixtures; the terrace was unusable, plants were neglected, and the dining area lacked warmth. We chose not to use the pool after seeing the water condition. Breakfast could have been better if the cutlery were pre‑prepared, and on one day they ran out of milk at opening, while on another the breakfast started almost half an hour late. Overall, these details need improvement, but the hotel will likely become great in the future.

The parking lot is spacious, but the insulation is severely lacking, letting us hear every conversation from adjacent rooms, and there were frequent power outages.

“Has the potential to be a really good hotel but needs finishing and cleaning staff.”

The new hotel offers a nice pool, and the rooms are roomy with good air conditioning. Security is solid, with a 24‑hour watchman. Yet, during our 5‑day stay there was no room service for towel changes or bed making, and no evidence of cleaning. Breakfast quality varied, and some finishes still need work—stairs lighting near the pool has exposed wires.
