The location met my needs, but I only found out at check‑in that it was an Airbnb; how can a room booked through booking actually be an Airbnb? The photos on the listing didn't match reality, the mattress was hard, pillows uncomfortable, the sink was clogged, and the sofa bed wasn't a proper bed—I feel deceived by everyone.
