I couldn’t get any staff to speak or understand English, and they were rude when I asked about the checkout window. They say it’s from 10 to 12, but when I requested to leave at 12, they snapped back and told me to leave at 10. Why would they offer a 10‑12 option if they actually only let you leave at 10?

The spot is amazing, and there were no complaints.

The location was great and close to the beach. The four‑person room was comfortable with a sea view. However, the family room shown in the photos was supposed to have a separate children’s bedroom, but the second room was actually unusable and still had renovation material in it, plus there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
