The house was very welcoming and clean. The only issue was that the exterior could use some lighting; at night we had to rely on our phone to navigate the stairs to the second floor.

The location was a few steps from the historic center and main attractions in Cremona, the apartment had been recently renovated and was very clean, equipped with everything needed, even though the condominium area was a bit neglected. The second room didn’t have a French‑style double bed as shown on Booking, but only a little wider than a single bed, which is a pity because the room’s dimensions would allow it. Also there was a mistake in the booking confirmation regarding the tourist tax: in Cremona the tax is €3 per person per day, not €2 as listed on the confirmation page. There were some difficulties contacting the host, but that was resolved.

The apartment is newly built and very clean. Great for families and groups of friends. The ventilation in the bedrooms was poor, and it became an issue in high temperatures. Apart from that everything was great.
