I liked the hotel’s convenient location, the friendly atmosphere, and the quality of the food, but after staying twice, this recent visit felt different: the staff seemed less responsive, room cleaning took longer than expected, and some requests were handled reluctantly. My friend was assigned a room that smelled strongly of smoke, and despite raising the issue, the room was not changed. I hope these concerns can be addressed, as I had a much better experience during my first stay.

Nothing positive; the bathroom and room smelled, the varieties they offered before were no longer available, they increased their price but the standard was way lower than the previous time when the price was lower.

“They could do better”

My stay had its ups and downs. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, which was a great start. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping - I noticed a food stain on the wall from the previous guest, the bed wasn't made properly, and there was dust in the wardrobe. To top it off, the breakfast options were limited, with no bread, eggs, or coffee, and the bathroom had a persistent foul smell.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was calm and serene, and the staff were exceptional. The young guy at the front desk was particularly polite and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. With no issues to report, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
