The listing didn’t mention that it was only reserved for Indian guests, and after my trip I was told that the hotel is only for Indian guests. I spent 5 hours trying to find another hotel in that heat and fatigue. Frankly, you should include all booking criteria in the different applications so guests know the hotel is only for Indian guests, rather than letting people book and then denying them on the day of arrival. It’s hard to find alternatives right now, and I didn’t like it.
