I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay at this resort, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The food quality at breakfast was actually pretty good, but the selection was pretty limited. What really made up for the resort's shortcomings, though, was the staff - they were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.

The hotel's location is a real winner – it's right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. However, the dorms are a different story. The bunks are cramped and the noise levels are pretty high, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Still, the location is a big plus, and if you're on a tight budget, it might be worth putting up with the dorms.

The hotel's location was a major draw for me - it was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was a bit worried that the lack of amenities would be a problem, but it actually ended up being a refreshing change of pace. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free experience.

There was nothing to be liked. 1. The staff was arrogant with only aim to get full prepayment quoting their own rules, with no refund policy, at the time of check-in 2. The rooms are very small and dirty with broken essentials like rusted beds, broken mirrors and damaged chairs/tables. The window panes were having white wash/ paint marks making them begrimed. 3. The beddings were dirty and smelly. 4. The front desk staff vigorously pitch you to make full payment in advance (UPI/Cash) and in case of any query don't let you to interact to their senior. 5. I had to call the police, then only they started behaving sensibly. They tried to sell all their lies and tried their best to cornered us. 6. The situation of the property is completely different from the pictures advertised. Ultimately I had to cancel my stay there

The hotel's location was a major plus, being close to the city centre and public transport made it easy to get around. However, the room itself was a letdown - it was small and in desperate need of a renovation. The overall upkeep of the property was also subpar, with signs of wear and tear everywhere. To make matters worse, the service was pretty much non-existent, with staff seeming completely uninterested in helping with any issues that arose.
