The location is two blocks from the MRT subway. The cleanliness inside and at the door is poor. There’s always people on the floor, and the sidewalk is very dirty.

The location and proximity to public transport were pretty good, and being near shopping and other centers was nice too. In the bathroom, there were feminine hygiene items left by the previous tenant that hadn’t been cleaned when I moved in. I checked in only at 7 pm, so that was a rough start.

The place is well‑situated. I had to handle everything myself—boiling milk and other chores—because the staff didn’t help.
