The manager was helpful when a staff member raised an issue about my service dog exceeding the usual weight limit for pets.

Pet fees are a bit high.

The stay was comfortable and cozy, but I wish breakfast could be delivered to our room instead of forcing us to get up so early; I feel that if you pay for a room, the hotel should ensure guests receive any free amenities. Also, I’d prefer a checkout time around 1 pm rather than 12 pm.

The location was great, but the rooms feel very old and outdated, even though the lobby is bright and colorful. Bringing pets is a mess, and there should be a floor dedicated to people without pets. Be mindful of that.

The rooms and facilities were spotless, with plenty of space. The gym, laundry, and pool were all available. Staff were helpful and super nice, so I’ll stay again when I’m back in town. 🤗
