The hotel’s proximity to the CTICC was convenient, yet parking in the open lot made me uneasy about my car’s safety overnight, though nothing happened.

The spot is great, and if you book the executive room you’ll find it’s newly upgraded; the breakfast is really good. I did stay in an older room for one night and wasn’t happy, but the hotel clearly explains the room options.
