The location was okay, but there was no internet and bugs were flying around in the room and hallway.

The staff and willingness to help with our needs. The elevator wasn't working however they accommodated us with a 1st floor room because I have knee problems and was unable to take the stairs

Some staff members were very helpful, yet the customer service fell short and the doors and equipment were not functional.
