The staff at the front desk were really kind and attentive, which really sets this capsule hotel apart. I've stayed elsewhere and this place feels professional. But the noise can be a problem: late‑night guests keep chatting in their rooms and it can disturb people trying to sleep. A gentle reminder to keep it down would help.

Everything was in great condition – clean and quiet. The only downside was that I was staying for half a day and asked three times to check in before 2 pm, but they kept saying no. Maybe they had no space.

Central location, 24‑hour reception. But the bathrooms are a nightmare. They’re old, dirty, and smell musty. I stayed five days and the same stains were still there on the last day. I never saw a cleaning crew, and the trash in the bathroom kept overflowing. The pipes smelled awful and the whole place is very noisy.
