The host’s friendliness and easy parking were positives. The room faced the main street and next to a recreational association. After midnight men came onto the street, talking loudly and drunkenly, making it impossible to keep the room window open. The room was already stuffy when we arrived, and keeping the air conditioning on all the time was unhealthy. Since not all rooms were occupied, a rear‑facing room could have been assigned to reduce street noise. The room was small, contrary to what was implied during booking.
