The location of this hotel is unbeatable. We were right in the heart of the action, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff was completely unhelpful, and the customer service was terrible. We had a bit of a nightmare when we forgot our key in the room after 10 pm and the reception was closed. The night keeper wasn't able to help us out either, so we were left to fend for ourselves.

The location of this hotel was its best feature. We were close to everything, which made it easy to get around. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a bit of a letdown. It didn't have air conditioning, which made it pretty uncomfortable during the hot days.

The only thing that saved this hotel from being a total disaster was its proximity to the city center. We were just a few meters away from all the action, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, the beds were ancient and uncomfortable, the internet didn't work, and the satellite TV was hit-or-miss. It was a shame, really, because with a bit of TLC, this place could have been great.
