The staff were always courteous and friendly, and they found solutions together when problems arose. The large sleeping area, however, offers almost no space to store suitcases or bags; only one wardrobe for 8‑10 people feels cramped. Perhaps a storage room could be added.

Everything you could possibly need is available. The facilities are very comprehensive and the staff are very attentive.

The location was a plus. I was assigned a room by a staff member and settled in, but at night a different employee appeared and told me to leave the room. I complained in the app and was told I’d have to pay an extra 30 € to stay; the whole process was chaotic, with each staff member giving a different answer, so I do not recommend it.

No positives were mentioned. The noise at night, inadequate bathroom cleanliness, and the very small seating and breakfast area are all complaints.
