This spacious caravan features a private entrance, 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, seating area, and flat-screen TV, providing exceptional comfort and convenience for guests.

“Be aware and do not book under any circumstances”
The countryside was lovely. The accommodation was a rip off, the caravan was disgusting and not clean, chair covers black with dirt, caravan smelt like mouldy milk, oven trays rusty and oven filfy. Window looks non-existent on a couple in situ-safety concens. As described in the photos, there is no garden furniture. Walls and skirtings are not clean, and the beds are disgusting. Paid a lot of money for this property owners would not take responsibility and kept fobbing us off. 2/9/2026- obviously reverse psychology made by the owner. Just take responsibility and own up to the disgrace of the caravan. I've seen previous reviews seems to be a reoccurrence.

Newquay Bay Resort is close enough but feels empty. Every pitch has half‑broken caravans. The entertainment complex was half closed over a bank holiday, and private hire on Sunday meant no entertainment for guests; the outdoor pool was closed, and the restaurant failed to inform guests that the kitchen closed early and still allowed food orders on the app, then refused refunds for food we never received. The caravan is well used, with stains on the sofa covers, the bedroom light doesn’t work, and the bench table and chairs outside are broken. Overall, this property needs a refurb and a new cleaner; we didn’t enjoy our stay.

I loved my stay and would gladly return, though I noticed two towels were missing and the sofa‑bed had a slight dust layer; still, those minor flaws didn’t spoil the overall experience.

I loved the amenities—swimming pools, sauna, steam room. The caravan was clean and had plenty of little extras like tea, coffee, washing up liquid, shower gel, toilet rolls, etc., so we had a wonderful time. The fire alarm was in the wrong spot and went off every time we used the oven.
The bathroom shower was clean and everything was fine. I wasn’t happy—I brought my own bedding just in case, which was a relief. The mattress needs replacing, the chair covers aren’t nice and need proper washing, and sitting on them isn’t comfortable. Just not a pleasant stay.
