Bad experience. The hotel management didn’t even let me stay as they said it was all booked and online bookings are not in their control. They made me wait for 1 hour in the lobby and didn’t turn on the AC even when asked, this caused further damage as I couldn’t find other find any other hotel. Overall it was a crazy experience. The staff were very rude too, and would not recommend to anyone

They cancelled my booking, demanded an extra payment, and quoted ₹2699 + taxes for a 24‑hour room. I had been told a special discount of ₹2500 /‑, yet when I asked about the checkout time she said it was after 12 hrs, and I insisted it should be after 24 hrs. She ignored me and insisted I pay the full price without the discount. If that’s how she operates, I’m not sure why she even mentioned a discount.

I stayed at De Crown Luxury Hotel in Kakinada and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish; the staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel at home; the room was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a relaxing ambiance, and I particularly loved how quiet the area was, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep; despite being in a calm residential location, the hotel is conveniently situated near the city center.
