The location is good, there’s a fridge in the room, and a staff member was helpful. However, the hotel has no lift, and the room needs a lot of TLC. A few items are starting to look worn, the toilet roll holder is hanging off the wall, the wardrobe needs replacing, the bed is very uncomfortable, and there are basically no pillows.

The location is excellent, the beds are clean and comfortable. Mishel at the front desk was great and had my room ready when I asked for a 9 am check‑in. Nothing to complain about.
