The whole team was amazing – the sweet front‑desk lady helped me snag a room close to my son and even arranged a late check‑out. Night manager Cindy was probably the most genuine, caring person I've met on a trip; when I locked myself out she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while waiting for maintenance, even offering a Starbucks coffee. The maintenance crew were kind and told me that this kind of thing “happens more times than I would think” after I kept apologizing. The barista at Starbucks was a rockstar and made me feel at ease, and we chatted for a few minutes. This place has the best staff. The only downside was that the shower water never got hot enough, but that was the least of my concerns.

The location was good, but they don’t clean rooms daily, they didn’t bring towels, and the food was terrible.
