I couldn’t use the reservation because the same room with the requested features had been booked for someone else and they couldn’t re‑assign me to another room; they only offered something inferior. They could completely improve communication with the customer and be more efficient when handling bookings.

We were pleasantly surprised because we thought we’d booked a room but it turned out to be a cabin. The breakfast staff were extremely friendly, and the reception team answered every need. The pool was spacious, the water clear and at a good temperature. And the best part, the scenery—being close to the hills gives it a great vibe.

Overall everything was fine. The only downside was the early check‑out time; breakfast runs until 11 am but you have to leave by 10.
