I had a terrible experience at this hotel, where not a single staff member spoke more than five words of English. The only hot beverages and water were available from 6:30 PM until nightfall, and the next morning, there was no water available due to Ramadan. The walls and door of my room were disgustingly dirty, and the shower had no hot water, nor did it have sufficient water pressure for the cold water.

The hotel's location and staff's service-oriented attitude were major positives, but the rooms were somewhat outdated, which was to be expected given the price.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but there were a few issues that prevented it from being perfect. The room was immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the room's proximity to the street meant that it was quite bright at night due to the external lights, and we were also disturbed by children knocking on our door a few times. To top it off, the hotel was quite noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's price and the friendly reception staff, but things took a turn for the worse when we received an email stating that the hotel was only for Muslim couples, which they should have clarified in the booking details. We had already confirmed our reservation and headed straight to the hotel, so they had no choice but to accommodate us.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but overall, I was quite satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable considering the amenities provided, including a free breakfast. However, I was a bit surprised to be woken up at 7 am on the second day with a knock on the door, as I had not realized that breakfast was only served at that time.
