The surroundings are beautiful, all around just calm nature. The hotel’s setting is wonderfully tidy. Parking is very easy and close to the hotel. The room is cozy and modernly furnished. The buffet breakfast was very rich and genuinely tasty, made from local ingredients.

The room was spotless, cozy, and silent, right at the base of Hochschwab—ideal for hiking. Breakfast tasted good and the staff were friendly, but the Wi‑Fi never reached our room, forcing us to move to a common area because there was no mobile reception either.

The spot is fantastic – right where you want to be – but the staff seemed to take their sweet time. We showed up right at the official check‑in hour and still waited close to an hour before getting a key. Breakfast was okay, not what you'd expect for the price, and the room felt pricey, like you’re mainly paying for the location.
