We had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues that detracted from our overall experience. While the staff was outstanding, particularly Sunday, Aaron, and Vicki, the hotel's rooms were poorly appointed and lacked basic amenities. The weak wifi signal and lack of refreshments upon our return from game drives were also major disappointments. However, the hotel's location and the opportunity to see wild animals roaming freely around the lodge were highlights of our stay.
