The location was okay, but the staff's behavior was really off-putting. That's my two cents.

I showed up at the hotel, only to be turned away because they claimed the rates were misquoted and that they hadn't been informed of my arrival through their booking system. To make matters worse, the room I was supposed to get was apparently not ready, and when I tried to sort it out, I found out the room was dirty with dirty linen, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and I wasn't even given a towel - and to top it off, they had charged me for water.

The location was great, but that's about it - I didn't get to experience much else.

The rooms here are really something special. I've stayed in a lot of places, but these rooms are right up there with the best of them.
