“My stay was good would book it again if I come back to Birmingham”
The room was spacious. The shower was dirty and the heating never worked.

The travel to the city centre was close, and my partner found it convenient and easy to get to.

I liked the location, and the room was clean and tidy. The room was cold because there was no heating on. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, no soap or shower gel in the shower, no tea and coffee in the kitchen, and I received a text message just before I checked in asking for more money without any reason.

The hot power shower was great, and the location was excellent. The entrance carpets need cleaning.

The room was good and had a private washroom. The doors were unpainted.
