The hotel staff delivered excellent service, yet the menu was quite narrow; the dishes were delicious, but a broader selection would be great.

I loved the customer care—every staff member is local and incredibly helpful and kind. The downside was the cleanliness: one of the shared showers had a strong urine smell for all three days we stayed, and even after morning cleaning, the toilets and sinks still showed stains, hair, debris, and bad odors.

The pool stands out as the best feature of the property, and there was nothing else to criticize.

Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the super friendly staff, spotless and comfortable rooms, tasty food at the restaurant, and huge, cozy common areas with a great pool.

The place has a nice vibe, a lovely view, a big refreshing pool, good food, and a sea view—though the waves are strong so you’re mostly just watching. I was disappointed with the room: it was too small, lacked a shelf or hanger, the fan couldn’t keep the space cool, it kept turning off the fan and light in short bursts, the only outlet didn’t work, there was no Wi‑Fi in the room, the bathrooms were poorly cleaned, and the stairwell lighting was dim.
