Very close to Florence’s historic center. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, showing us the must‑see spots and recommended restaurants. The room was clean, with a kettle and fridge; everything matched the description, including the fact that you have to go up to the 3rd floor without an elevator. All was fine.

The room was spotless. I was only a 10‑minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of Florence, with the Cathedral just a few feet away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The front‑desk lady was very friendly and polite; she noticed I only spoke English while my husband spoke Italian, yet she still spoke to me in English. In the past, people have ignored me when my husband spoke Italian, but this lady engaged me in conversation and made me feel truly welcome. I can’t remember her name, but she was on duty the afternoon of 11th October 26.

The location is in the center of Florence. However, the noise from the street—shouting, garbage trucks, cars—reaches the 4th floor, making it impossible to rest; we stayed three nights and slept very poorly. We also heard other guests’ conversations and doors in neighboring rooms.

The hotel is very comfortable because of its location, close to the train station and the city center. It’s very clean and well equipped, with a small ice cream shop, an electric kettle, and they provide coffee, tea, sugar, and water. The reception staff are very friendly. The only downside is the staircase access of about three flights, which we managed but I wouldn’t recommend it for older people or small children.
